Train for a 5k, 10k, or half marathon. The group meets 3 days a week for speed workouts, core/strength workout, and endurance runs. Group includes email workouts for the days we do not meet. Tuesday morning - run/core/strength - 6:00am - 7:00am Wednesday evening - 6:00pm interval speed workout / hill repeats Sunday morning - 7:00am long run |
