Another session of Strength Groups/ CrossFit will be starting up Jan 3,  2011. Let's stay healthy and strong throughout the holidays and all their temptations!! The groups are constantly varied, high intensity, functional fitness. It is recommended that you attend twice a week to get the most benefit but attending 1 session a week is an option as well. The classes are $15 each and are approximately 45 min. long. Minimum of 3 athletes in order to hold a class.
Tuesday / Thursday  - 5:30am - Jan. 3 - Feb. 28 -  $270 (2 x week) / $135 (1 x week)
