Amaiza Fitness is launching its program, The A - TEAM, for aspiring triathletes aged 8-18. We aim to build a fun, healthy group of local junior triathletes catering to all abilities.
Coached training sessions will focus on fun swim, bike and run activities to improve skill and fitness levels specific to triathlon. The older juniors are also encouraged to participate in some of the adult training sessions. Please send an email to Coach Laurie at

Overview
Are you interested in training for or completing a Triathlon, Duathlon, Bike Ride (Race), 5k, 10k or ½ Marathon or just interested in improving your fitness and want a group to train with.
A triathlon is a multi-sport endurance event consisting of swimming, cycling, and running in immediate succession over various distances. A triathlete competes for fastest overall course completion time, including timed "transitions" between the individual swim, bike, and run components.
Duathlon is an athletic event that consists of a running leg, followed by a cycling leg and then another running leg in a format bearing some resemblance to triathlons.
