For many kids, a triathlon is just another way to do three things they love - swim, bike and run. For other kids, a triathlon provides an opportunity to compete – with themselves…and others. Regardless of their motivation, a triathlon is a great way for kids to learn about fitness and nutrition, have fun with friends and develop a sense of accomplishment!

What To Bring
- Running Shoes
Our Program consists of:
- Running – Our training will combine distance and sprint workouts, with each session customized for both the beginner and experienced runner.
- Biking – We’ll offer local group cycling meetups on Sundays for both beginner and experienced cyclists.
- Transitions – We’ll discuss and practice transitions at each session so that the triathlete knows what to expect and is properly prepared for their triathlon.
- Nutrition – We’ll discuss nutrition tips and discuss healthy options to fuel the triathlete’s body!
